The lawyer Mr. Nikos Limpantsis, aside from being Ms. Papadaki’s legal representative, was also an eyewitness to the events that took place at the Juvenile Department of the Athens Police Headquarters (GADA). Mr. Limpantsis represented the former playmate during the process of flagrante delicto and, as he mentioned to Mr. Kousoulos, he has already submitted his position in writing. He further noted that he does not wish to make any additional statements at this time.
Mr. Kousoulos then read Mr. Limpantsis’ written statement and emphasized that the lawyer representing the father’s side, Mr. Michalolias, has declined to comment for the time being.
